"Union officials betray injured union member."

Due to poor service of union lawyer, was forced to complain, reg,sec, Joe Morgan,with-out viewing all evidence or interviewing me, ruled against me. I then initiated an appeal & against union rules,this was held behind my back, & a ruling made against me.

Because reg,sec, Morgan & branch, sec , Sharon yates, had ruled that there was no evidence of wrong-doing on the part of the legal team, I was forced to complain to the legal Ombudsman, who up=held my complaint of poor service ( ref no -175405). Because they failed in their duty , as union officials, to support me, as a union member, I initiated a claim for constructive dismissal against my employer , which was also successful, & following my complaint & providing evidence to support my allegations, Threebestrayed.co.uk, removed the union law firm from their online site.

I am making an official complaint of gross-misconduct against these two officials, to general sec , Tim Roache, and am asking him to either investigate my complaint, or expel me from the union, which will enable me to complain to the government certification officer. I joined the GMB union, expecting support in times of need, & not to be thrown to the wolves, & then have to witness two union officials, attempting to hold me down to facilitate a better bite. I have been unable to work, initially through injury, since April 2014, I have had surgery to both knees, and am, at this time, on the waiting list for further surgery, & I have had to take on - my employer, several union officials & their legal team..
